I’m retired Air Force and I’ve purchased automobiles all over the country. Hands down this purchase with Stivers Dodge in Prattville, AL was the best experience ever. Shelby did an amazing job keeping me up to date on current inventory and Rivers was a phenomenal sales person. He got me into a Dodge Ram 1500 Big Horn and it’s the perfect truck for me. It's utterly unacceptable to take advantage of customers, especially those who are elderly and in poor health, by slipping in additional charges without full transparency. The dealership should enforce strict policies requiring clear, honest communication of all costs upfront, and ensure that no customer is pressured or misled into signing anything without a thorough explanation. Additionally, your finance staff, particularly individuals like Joe Scrivner, should undergo immediate retraining or be held accountable for their unethical behavior. This kind of conduct is not only disgraceful but also damaging to your dealership's reputation. If you want to maintain any sense of integrity, you must prioritize ethical practices over squeezing every last dollar out of unsuspecting customers.

While I have had issues contacting them for an appointment. I did finally get one for an oil change, tires rotated and I had a tire pressure sensor issue. They reset the sensor, which had been done before, however we need to follow a plan. I left the dealership headed home the sensor went out so I returned to Stivers and Damian was glad I came right back. Replaced and back out in 30 minutes. EXCELLENT customer care! Thank you Damian and thank you Stivers!

I would like to thank Shelby and Rivers for being the first point of contact that helped me decide to come in. Shelby contacted me to make sure all my questions and concerns was answered. I decided to make my way down to Stivers and when I arrived everyone was welcoming. My sales guy was Rivers who is a laid back nice guy but upon arrival he was assisting another customer but immediatly put me with someone he trusted and I was so happy that he placed me with Devin. Devin asked which vehicle I liked and let metook it out on a test drive. He also worked with the financial team to help me get the financing I needed. I enjoyed this experience with this dealership and the sales team. Everyone here was so welcoming. I was able to decide on the car I wanted and was very happy with my choice.
