Do not order off the website. I ordered 2 small parts for my AUG 5 days ago. They have yet to ship it. I have tried to call twice but no one answers the phone. Im starting to think it is a scam.

EDIT: It took 2 weeks to get my package shipped. Steyr responded to my email with a copy paste response saying they would ship it asap. Customer service is very poor. If you want to order from them its best to forget about the order for a few weeks. I will update this post again once i get the package in a few days.

EDIT 2: Just received my package. They shipped it with 2 day flight priority mail even though i didn't ask. The stuff i ordered was well packaged and in perfect shape. My only gripe with my order was steyr not making it clear when you order something that it may take a few weeks for it to ship.

Great handgun (9C-A2). Great ergonomics and grip adjustments. OWB leather holsters are hard to find. Slimmed down the 9mm magazine base pad & now it's a super CCW.

Please help, I've been waiting on a support ticket for over a week, and a return phone call for 5 days. I have some questions. This Corvus Defensio conversion is very tricky (not to mention way over priced) and I've already added several scratches to my A3. I need some help. Looking back, I would have never done this. Thank you for the support so far, but I've had my AUG for over a month and have never shot it. This has been a very frustrating process, but I was provided an extra part that allowed my to get the mag release on, so thank you for that. It's been great when I've been able to contact someone.

Although this facility is not retail and not normally open to the public it is an honor to have it here and a great asset to Bessemer and the surrounding communities including Hoover. Steyr Arms has an international reputation for high quality and innovation that reflects well on our communities. This facility also provides many high paying jobs that support the economic well being of our communities far more than restaurants and retail establishments. While it keeps a low profile relative to the general public it is a great asset to have it here. This is the type of facility that communities compete for.

Orderd over $400 of parts. They shipped it in a FLIMSY PADDED ENVELOPE that was mangled by arrival, one trigger pack had the hammer forward meaning that it was likely knocked pretty hard during shipment. Expensive guns, expensive parts, but THIS COMPASNY IS TOO DANG CHEAP TO SHIP EXPENSIVE THINGS IN PROPER SHIPPING CARTON!

Drove over from NE Atlanta that saturday morning. Was impressed with the personel and the display of the company's products. My wife purchased a S9-A1 and I bought an Zeiss rifle scope. Excellent products. Enjoyed meeting everyone and will try and make it back next year.
