This is an updated review. Bousquet's Appliance has been amazing! I had a problem with my refrigerator that was difficult to solve. They were consistent and thorough with more than 1 visit to repair the issue. The fact that I could call and get progress updates on the final repair was very reassuring. This level of service in my opinion is the reason I purchased my refrigerator from a local vendor instead of a box store. My compliments to Bousquet's Appliance and their support system. The technician was great and very good natured on his visits. John is a top knotch person with great insight into the repair of appliances! My dogs will miss him. Bottom line is purchase from your neighborhood store.

Tried to support local, small business but not impressed. The service leaves so much to be desired. The service is supposed better than that of a big box store but not for us. From appts not being available for weeks, service appt cancellations, and long service windows (5 hours) on day of appt without any 15min courtesy notice that they are enroute. We are in process of building new home and will be reconsidering this next appliance purchase.

Purchased expensive front loading washer and dryer from this company thinking I would be helping out a small business. After 14 months of ownership, literally just a couple of months out of warranty the dryer broke. The company was unwilling to work with me in any way to reduce the cost and charged me over 150 bucks to just look at the dryer and tell me it was broken.

If you want to buy an appliance and have it break then have the company give you the middle finger when it breaks then this might be the place for you.

Also they made me wait two weeks just so they could send someone over to tell me it’s broken and wanted me to wait much longer for them to repair it.

I should have just shopped in a big box store. I will never give a penny to this company ever again.
