After reviewing the comments , I was kind of disappointed, and my appointment was at 23:45, and I checked in at 8:00 AM. within 2 hrs. I was loading, and I really appreciate.

My appointment was for 1400 but I was close and arrived at 1000. They immediately assigned me a door and I was happy thinking that they would load me quickly. After 3 hours without movement I went to ask and that was when they informed me that I had to wait for the appointment time. I asked permission to drop the trailer and go to Walmart for a moment and turn quickly, they told me that I couldn't leave. I think that since I arrived I should have been informed that they would make me wait, I would have used my time doing other errands, here I am going crazy with no food and nothing to do, loosing time and money.

My appointment was at 2pm I got there at 950 am got in a door asap but didn't start getting loaded till 1pm and was out by 3

Gave them two stars because I can’t wait to see what they are using the boxes from my order for in my trailer like legos…. I’ve been here long enough that if it’s not a Lego Bigfoot I’m taking a star away… PS the lady in shipping finally has a better attitude after eleven months

The worst ever. Loaded with no pallets the boxes not wrapped n I can't even put a strap on. I feel sorry for the reciever. Arrive 1030 start loading 1330 n leave 1630.
