I went to Steller’s for repair of my front right tire. I had picked up a nail. Alan Hoffman was very polite and courteous and both he and one of the technicians looked at the tire and carefully explained the options for repair. Fortunately all it needed was a plug. The entire process took less than one half hour. The waiting room was pleasant and clean.

Stellar's is the best, especially because they care. I am blown away by how thorough, quick, and reasonable they are. I had been taking my car to different garages, searching for a solution to the rocking, shaking, and grinding practically since I bought the car. They found and fixed all of these issues (brakes, bent rim, tire alignment, etc.) in one day. To quote John, "We are different. We actually fix cars," as opposed to those who would gloss over problems, no matter how well meaning. It is nice to be taken seriously and treated right. I greatly appreciate it. They are the best.
