Growing up in the Broomfield area I can remember my Dad using Steen Machining to produce parts for him. Now I use Steen for specialty parts I need. Steen has been a staple in the Broomfield community for as long as I can remember. Great owners that are always willing to listen to your needs and delivery what they say they will. Highly recommend!

I will say this y'all great as a ma and pa shop though for as long as you've all been around. I guess keep your integrity and stand by your banner do it right the first time. Just ask that you don't be hard on your employees when they have great ideas instead of 'one way is the only way'. There's so many great ways to cut production time by 3/4 or even 1/2. Just need to listen to those on the floor doing the job. This shop just needs to be open minded. Other than that a great shop to get started in if you want to start a machining career.
