HIGHLY RECOMMEND! This shop is amazing. I ordered a new E-Bike online and called to see if they would maybe take a look at it for me. Some shops in town do not service E-Bikes, but I was assured on the phone they will do everything they can to give me a quick tune up. They even offered me the chance to bring it in same day and would get it back to me ASAP…THAT DAY! When I arrived, James greeted me in the parking lot. He was kind and knowledgeable about how to help me. I needed my brakes worked on, my chain adjusted, gears looked at and an all around new bike tune up. Matt came out and joined us, taking a quick peek at what the bike might need. My family uses this bike as our second vehicle and I’m so glad we could trust this wonderful shop to do a great job at keeping us safe on the road and trail. Matt and James explained what the bike needed, and when I came to pick up my bike later, they let me know exactly what they did to the bike and even offered some tips on to keep it riding smooth on my own. They also installed a peg for me I couldn’t get on myself. When checking out, I met Mikayla who was warm and inviting, just like the shop. I paid a very fair price for the work and was super happy this shop had time for me. They even hooked me upped with a bell which I needed for safety on the trail. The shop is BEAUTIFUL inside and out, and truly is a One Stop for all things ski and bike. Thank you Mikayla, James and Matt for all you do…I will be back!

I recently visited One Stop Ski & Cycle to purchase my first pair of ski boots, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Dave was absolutely fantastic!

He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough throughout the entire process. He took the time to carefully measure and fit me, explaining why my foot wasn’t suited for traditional rental boots. He also recommended and helped me with custom insoles that made a world of difference.

After my first day of skiing, I experienced some discomfort in my toes. When I returned, Dave made precise adjustments to the boots, resolving the issue completely.

My wife also benefited from Dave’s expertise. He offered her valuable advice on purchasing her own ski boots and fitted her with new insoles as well.

The level of care, professionalism, and expertise Dave demonstrated was top-notch. This was easily a 10/10 experience, and I’d highly recommend Dave and One Stop Ski & Cycle to anyone in need of ski gear or fittings!

We had a wonderful experience at One Stop! In the middle of a ski trip, my husband's ski boot cracked, so he needed new boots right away. We made an appointment with Dave, and he found a pair that were a great fit. Custom insoles made the fit perfect! Better yet, they were last year's model, so the price was discounted.
Hubby's bindings were too old for the new boots, so James sold him a pair of demo skis. After one day it was clear those skis didn't suit him. We went back to the shop, and when James learned of the problems Hubby was having, he found another pair of skis he felt would work better for Hubby's skiing style. They were also demo skis, but had never been used.
The new new skis were perfect! Oh, and he loves the new boots. We're so grateful for how Dave and James - they clearly were committed to providing the best possible gear, and have the experience and expertise to make it happen.

Came in from illinois with my sno go and sheered a bolt in my slat tower. Unfortunately that wasn’t a part they keep in stock. So they farmed it off one of their bikes and I was off again. A true ski trip saver move. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff eager to take care of snogo riders!!!! Not to mention they are right next to bus stop and close to the mountain. Fellow skiers were shocked how fast I was back on top of the mountain! Picture of me not being able to ride out to bottom. But was back up with in the hour. Props to steamboat ski patrol with a ride to gondola.

Absolutely amazing service and inventory. I had been looking for a Sno-Go Shifted for months, and every other store I called didn't have any in-stock. I called Cam, and within (24) hours he built up and hand-delivered my Sno-Go (2 hour drive each way) so that we could use it on our vacation. I give my highest recommendation to One Stop Ski & Cycle. Incredible customer service!
