The people below are terrible! These girls in the office run around with their heads cut off to help everyone the best they can! I’ve had a chance to work with each of them and they are so sweet. From what I noticed about the calling complaint is when I was in the office they were so busy the phone literally never stops ringing. Maybe go in if you need something? Email? But common sense doesn’t really exist in today’s world.
Stop coming for these girls.
If y’all mad cause you don’t pay your rent or listen to the rules don’t clean up after yourselves and they get on you say so but don’t attack the people who just doing their jobs.
I’ve been a resident since opening and have seen all the growing and changes. These girls and maintenance bust their ass.
And those who looking to move here I highly recommend they go above and beyond more than my last apartment places!

I walked into Station by Vintage and had such a great experience with the Staff. I was greeted by the woman cleaning the building, the maintenance guy who was on his way to the office and all of the ladies in there. I did not have an appointment for a tour, but they squeezed me on the spot which was cool. The building is beautiful, the units are luxury yet affordable and the people are wonderful. There is enough parking and storage which is a plus! Lorena walked me through the full process of how to apply and what it would take to get moved here. I am hoping to move my family and I down to Seattle from California within the next couple of months and this made me feel at ease with it being such a big move for us. I can sense this is going to be a great decision for my family. I noticed there are good and nasty reviews, and like any other I asked about them. Their staff was very transparent with all my questions or concerns which was refreshing. There are issues everywhere you go but I’m glad they made their efforts to explain every circumstance with clarity and a resolution. I would recommend this place to anyone moving to the Seattle area but looking for affordability!!

I’ve loved calling station by vintage my home. I have been here since October of 2024 and plan to continue my residency here. Lorena the Assistant Community Director has been outstandingly helpful throughout the leasing process and assisting with a positive living experience. 5+ stars for such a great leasing team!! I am soon transferring to a bigger apartment in the community to extend my stay with Station. They all have been so responsive, informative and trustworthy. I would highly recommend these apartments to any! Thank you all - Vanessa

I just moved into this property today, and let me say, Lorena the assistant community director was so wonderful! Truly made the process seamless and she was so helpful! Very knowledgeable about everything I had questions about. From start to finish, she really made me and my child feel comfortable and we are really excited to be here. Edit again: 5 stars! I arrived for my tour and it actually happened! I did a self-guided tour and the unit I toured was clean and well maintained. I was very impressed by the unit and the leasing office staff customer service. Thank you for turning my experience around!

Edit: I am revising my review to a three star. They reached out to me and want to make things right, which impressed me. I have a new tour scheduled soon. I may have been wrong the first time. I’ll see during my tour. For now though, I’m happy they reached out to me after a frustrating and disappointing first experience.

I scheduled a tour and then couldn’t get ahold of anyone in the leasing office and missed my appointment. The phone system is not helpful at all. I left a message, I guess I will wait and see if they ever call me back. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional to treat potential new residents like this.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service and lack of professionalism I experienced. It reflects poorly on your organization and raises serious concerns about its overall reliability. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and strongly advising others to do the same.

EXTREMELY disappointed in our experience, or lack there of! Had an appointment for 12pm yesterday and I drove an hour from Edmonds to have this appointment and hopefully view the property but nope! There was absolutely NO WAY to get into the building and leasing office and nobody answered the door or phone! I left countless voicemails and emails with no reply. It was LITERALLY FREEZING outside and was a very long walk for my elderly mother from the parking garage to the front of the building so we waited longer than we probably should’ve because my mom was dreading walking back to the garage, especially after waiting in the freezing cold for about 20 minutes. Waste of time, gas and energy. On our walk back to our car we noticed tons of broken glass from car windows so clearly a lot of break ins for those who attempt to park on the street. It was infuriating to have our time wasted like this and for no one to ever follow up with us! After reading the reviews I realized all of the 5 star reviews are fake from profiles that were recently created or had never left a review before, which now is obvious because people that leave reviews about apartments don’t hype up the front desk staff that much… all the 5 star reviews are about the staff and not the building or living experience so it’s obvious those reviews are fake to try to make the staff look better because they are absolute trash! And looks like the tons of 1 start reviews are from people who did live there and hated it due to poor management and disgusting living conditions such as poop in hallways and bugs in units. So I guess we dodged a bullet with this one but I’m still extremely infuriated with how our time was wasted and that nobody is following up with us about it.

We lives here for two year and we are so thankful foe the office staff help me and my family throughout our time here. We appreciate your ofdice staff and hope you enjoy the chocolates. The only reason we arw moving is because our family is growing and we are moving into a house with our 4 children thank you again Yulia

I've been a resident at Station by Vintage since its opening, and I'd like to share my experience living here. From the very beginning, I've noticed the dedication of the office staff, who work long hours to keep everything running smoothly. Colby, the maintenance man, is constantly vigilant in managing the trash, a task made challenging by some residents.

Unfortunately, I've witnessed a number of residents and their children ignoring the trash chute, opting instead to leave bags on the ground. This lack of responsibility reflects poorly on those of us who respect the community and the environment. It's unfortunate because the staff at Station is required to deal with the disrespectful behavior of these residents, who ironically are also the ones complaining about the trash situation.

Some of us, including my family, make efforts to maintain the cleanliness of the area, like using the nearby recycling center, which is only a five-minute walk from the complex. Minimizing waste and treating the apartment like a true home can significantly improve the community's atmosphere.

In my experience with other apartments, I've found that trash issues often stem from residents who don't care about their surroundings. I hope more residents come to appreciate and contribute positively to maintaining Station by Vintage, making it a better place for all of us to live.
