Cool machinery to rent. Little spendy but have good people who'll charge you the right price. Like say if you order a lift and the size wasn't in, they'd more than likely get you the next lift at the lower price. Which is nice. Great customer service people there. Which is all of them.

I've rented a lot of equipment over the last 20+ years and can confidently say this location is among the very best.
Everyone was friendly, honest, and extremely helpful.
One of the field techs was a little surly but was obviously an expert in his trade and did his best to help me work through the issue without losing his cool.
I will definitely use this location again for any future projects in the vicinity. 5 stars!

Horrible experience! They have this nasty habit of not explaining what their expectations are for renting their equipment & then want to charge you exorbitant prices on the back-end when you drop off the equipment. I rented a chipper and when I picked it up *NO ONE* said a word about refilling the gas, nor was there an inspection of how much gas was in the chipper before I took it home. In fact, when I've rented there before, they told me not to worry about the gas bc it was included in the rental. Somehow, this time was different. Not only that, but when I checked the gas before operating it, there was only a half a tank of gas. Now, they want to charge me to FILL IT UP! Seems like a way for them to make some extra money. Why is it when companies fail to do their part it's still the customer who has to pay. I will NEVER rent from them again (there's still a lot of work to be done at my house) & I will be sure to spread the word to all my friends who asked me about this chipper to go elsewhere as well. Guess they really don't want the business that badly. Poor service all around z esp the manager who couldn't bother to own up to his sales staffs lack of service & knowledge.

I went online early in the week to reserve my equipment. Spoke in detail to the contact that responded to my reservation request. He said just come in on Friday and pick it up after noon. So I said great that sounds great. Showed up Friday to get my equipment and he had amnesia until I pulled out the email with his words in front of him. So here I am without a trencher for a project that has to get down this weekend.

In the fall I ordered a roller from them and explained I had a big incline road to replace. They sent me a roller that could only do flat ground and I was stuck with the delivery fee on equipment that didn’t do the job I explained needed done.

Called and ordered a trencher for a weekend job and when I showed up to pick up the trencher the lady at the counter was very rude and told me I had no such reservation. I ended up looking back in my phone and had proof of calling to reserving a trencher the week before. They ended up just telling me too bad and nothing they could do so I went to United Rentals instead and they took care of me. I should have looked at the reviews since it looks like this problem happens a lot with Star Rentals so do yourself a favor and go to United Rentals.
