Juan was the man that installed our new lift. He was extremely professional and thorough. My installation was not a typical one for Stannah. I received my lift from a Stannah customer whose mother had passed on. I think the lift had been sitting for at least several months before the installation on 6/28/22. The lift was removed from a nearby town by Juan and then installed in my home in Ridgefield, CT. Juan had to trim the old stair before the installation. He installed some necessary new parts and installed a new set of batteries. He said that the old batteries needed replacement. All in all very happy with our new lift.

Shawn and Jake did an install - and they were fantastic (give them a raise -they deserve it!). Professional, good-natured, and taught us fully about the product. Installation of our lift. Sam and Chris the installers were extraordinarily dedicated to their work. They took the extra time to be assured that our senior for whom this lift was purchased understood its operation. They also supervised several practice runs to support understanding. Beyond their technical skills in the installation process, they also impressed my family with their social skills. They represented the Stannah Family with excellent service, and a s health dose of humor. We commend them and recommend Stannah Stairlifts.

Today I had a Stannah chairlift installed by Max. Max worked tirelessly and professionally to install my chairlift and provided excellent instructions on its use, explaining everything very well. He spent time to explain how Stannah was there if there are ever any problems. In short my chairlift works well and Max is an excellent rep of the company.
