A local contractor installed 15 of these windows into my 100+ year old story and a half. They are clear and function beautifully, and made a huge difference inside & out. I had other quotes that were 30% to 40% of my home's value, which did not make sense. The cost to have these installed were about 13% of my home's value and made perfect sense.

Buyers beware! I purchased Sprouse windows for a house I am building right now. The windows came in and everything seemed fine. A few weeks after they were installed, my wife noticed that 4 of the windows had a yellow tint to them. We reported the problem and we were told that Sprouse would send somebody up to look at them. They did come to look at them but they insist there is nothing wrong with the windows and won't fix them for us. The windows absolutely have a yellow tint as you can see in my picture so you can decide for yourself. I can take a pic in every type of light and the yellow will show up every time. It has now been a little over a year since the windows were installed and now one of the triangle windows has water in the middle of the window. I was told this will cost $750 to fix and it's at my expense. The windows have been in for over a year so I can except that I have to pay but this sure doesn't make me feel to good about buying defective windows from these people and they will do nothing to help. Very poor customer support if you have any issues so be aware of that if you plan of buying from these people. I would recommend you don't make the same mistake I did.

Hi, I had an update I wanted to share with anybody considering ordering windows from Sprouse. Sprouse did get back to me and they can't explain why but do admit that the windows are yellow and were delivered to me that way. However, they will only replace the glass for the windows and I still must pay the $750 per window to have the new glass installed. That is what their warranty covers even if they deliver defective product to you. I paid over $17,000 for my windows and now I have to pay $3750 to replace their mistake. It is 100% my fault for not reading their warranty before I made the purchase. This post is to ensure that everybody knows prior to ordering windows from Sprouse that if they deliver defective products to you, you will be responsible for paying to fix their mistakes. Had an issue with some of my windows not closing correctly. The windows are great and I love casement windows. What set them apart to get a 5 star review is their customer service. They have been so helpful the entire way. Thank you Claire!

Update on Sprouse Windows as of 05/08/2024 after almost 2 years now we are still trying to get replacement windows that were never any good and had Manufacturer Defects. They just keep sending bad windows to us. Do not Buy from Sprouse Windows at all! You will regret it if you do. I have the Windows that have no Grids or any obstruction at all so they will show any flaws because we have a lot of windows and didn't want grids in them to block views.
Horrible quality of windows! I built a new house and have had so many manufacturer defects in the windows. The company representative has been out twice and seen the defective windows and said they would replace them all. We are currently on the 3rd set of windows sent and they still have all kinds of defects like streaks from the Low-E finish and chard looking glass in between the 2 panes. The many defects of the windows sent to me is too many to list. I am so over this and contemplating getting a Lawyer to sue the company. I would not recommend anyone ever buy from this company so awful!!!

Have two of these windows installed by myself and my contractor, for budget windows they are above what I consider builder grade for sure, we ordered them from Busy Beaver and that was three years ago, zero issues, good screens and cheap price. A measure of a good screen in a window is not letting the stink bugs in and these do not, if you saw the windows I had in my 250k house with horrible screens and windows made by Plygem, Sprouse is worlds better.

Drivers, do not load here. Checked in at 12:03pm for a 1pm appt. They go to lunch from noon to 1. I had no problem waiting that hour, that's on me for checking in at noon. Anyway, was in a dock ready to load when they came back at 1. At 1:22pm I felt movement on the trailer. For hours I watched as the drugged out looking employees made multiple trips out to gather around an old pickup and smoke cigarettes. Was told they load everything by hand and that's why it takes so long. Was also told at 3:15pm that they were half done and it would be two more hours. Loading finally finished and I got my paperwork at 8:23pm. Spent a total of 8 hours and 20 minutes here (their lunch break included). Then had to park in front parking lot overnight due to them running me out of hours. Avoid this place at all costs.
