Came here wayyy before my appointment time, through my company, place isn't 24/7. At least not for truckers. Check-in starts at 7am. However, they did start my load at 7am and took 2 hrs roughly. Got out around 9 am. The lady at check in is nice or not rude, whichever way you wanna put it. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience for me. Unfortunately, must be luck of the draw for other drivers. I gave 4 stars since it was a bit misleading, but I still got to get loaded before my appointment time.

As soon you pull in on your left you will see the sign shipping!!! That’s where you will go check in!!!
I arrived 1 hour before my appointment time and they gave me a door right away. Just waiting at the dock getting loaded. Patience is the key and life will go smooth not every pickup and delivery is going to be perfect. It’s easy to get in and out!! Just be patients pays off. Good Luck and have a blessed day.

Appointment at 1830 arrived at 1600. Got a door at 1930. Didn't start loading(red light) until 2115. Wasn't loaded until 0200. Weird thought this place closed at midnight.

Not saying anything about that. Seems like a busy place and I guess it's hand loaded so whatever, just be aware you ain't getting out soon.

Luckily there is overnight parking which is all I care about in the end.

The only reason people keep giving these nice people poor ratings is the time it takes to get loaded but if they took the time to realize that these trucks are being hand loaded and nothing is on pallets then they would realize the time it takes to do so! These people were very nice, allow you to park overnight if need be & I was in & out in 4 hrs, not bad for having a full trailer and nothing on pallets! So to all you people complaining you are only bringing bad karma onto yourself! Work your clock right & most things wouldn’t be an issue!

Truck Driver - do not accept loads from this place. You will be screwed on time. If everyone refused to pick up here maybe they would actually get their stuff together. Extremely rude in the shipping office. I was supposed to have a drop and hook so I could get in and out. They said they didn’t load it and wouldn’t even get me in the dock for 5 hours. I left without picking up the load. I’m in a daycab and had to get to a hotel before my hours would run out. They will run out your clock. Stay away.

Took them more than 1hr to give you paperwork after loading and you won’t get loaded until 2, 3 hrs. I’m not coming back

Not too bad.. we booked a load at 9am when the pickup appt was 9am. Arrived at 10:50... Backed in a dock at 11 am.. was out by 1:45

Terrible place to get loaded. Takes forever at least 6-8 hours, totally disrespectful to drivers. At lease check i lady is nice. Har docks and better dont hit your tires on the mud or get stuck
