Staff are rude and not helpful. All I heard is not my job. I rented a truck to take an old couch and table to the dump and they refused to let my dump. I show them my decal. Decal must be on window to dump. If not go to Landfill where they wanted to charge me to dump my couch. I already paid my taxes for this. Now I know why I often see couches on the side of the road.

Today we were let into the dump on Harrison Rd. We (us and another truck) were emptying our truck and only had a few more pieces to go. A man came up and told us no! Do not empty another piece! Both of us looked at each other and the man rREFUSED to allow us to empty the remains items off of our trucks. Both of us had maybe another 1-2 minutes left. The man just ultimately refused to allow us to continue. This is such POOR customer service. It is sickening!

I didn’t know you couldn’t dump items if you’re in a rented vehicle What is the reason behind this rule? The lady recommended me to go to Masseys. I get there and they were closed. This is why some people just trash items anywhere

Staff very nasty n rude I didn't know the hours changed and the guy acted so nasty I have not been here ina while but the attitude of the staff ain't changed I see didn't know it was 4:30 used to be 6pm and he was like we closed GET OUT who the hell are u talking to?!

Wouldn't let me unload trash that would have taken 5 mins even after i was told which bay to go to, at least 15mins before they closed. Were also very nasty about it, and i did not appreciate it one bit.

A well organized "Convenience Center" (dump). You can bring grass brush and tree cuttings; recycle your oil, batteries, appliances, paper, cardboard, metal, and general household trash
