I have had to pick up from these guys about 3 times now and have yet to have a bad experience. I treat them with respect, they give me the same back. I have seen how some of the other drivers/customers talk to the warehouse staff like they are lower than dirt, so not cool. So in my reviewing, thanks for always being helpful

Positive experience with a team truck unloading here. Place opens at 6am. The lady doing check-in is busy and also unloads trucks so please be a little more understanding. Still got empty in 1 hour.

The worst experience I've ever had, I came all the way down here from Everett to pick up a back order, when you walk in they have a very small area that you can't walk past, the guy came up to me, looked at my paper and said "we don't have anything for you, call where you got the first part of the order from" and just walked away. Very uncaring staff, I wouldn't reccomend this place to anyone, 1 star is too much

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service!! They answer the phone "Customer Service" not Spears customer service, so at first I wasn't sure I was calling Spears. Now that I have called them enough, I know the sad, unhappy, inconvenienced way they answer the phone, so I know it is Spears. They use to have 3 awesome ladies that worked at this location but they were replaced by what must have been lower paid employees because the customer service reps they have now, are awful!! Spears is lucky their products are good because the people who answer the phones are not!!
The technical service people that have had to help me with issues are super helpful and friendly and seem like they genuinely care.
