Beyond excellent! There are not enough superlatives to describe my experience with Southwest Septic Service.They came highly recommended and upon inspection of my 50 y/o tank I was looking at a full septic + field relocation and replacement with a tricky lot and elevation situation. At every aspect of the process they delivered beyond expectation. Excellent communication, helpful and efficient scheduling, transparent costing and estimating, very fair pricing. John Sargeant and his crew were incredibly knowledgeable, conscientious, cordial & meticulous throughout. Was incredible to see the skill and precision they exhibited. I would again and again recommend anyone needing septic services call ONLY Southwest Septic Service.

I have been using Southwest Septic for the last 10 years. Shane performed some needed repairs to my septic tank. He did the repair in a timely manner and explained to me the repairs made. After the repairs were made everything was picked up. I would recommend Southwest Septic to anyone.

Got our tank pumped and some risers installed by Ricardo. They were able to come out the first thing next day even though it wasn’t an emergency. Amazing service. Comparative and fair pricing. Quotes over the phone were conservative and they came in under the quote, always a nice surprise. Will definitely be using them from here on out.

Efficient, Professional, Courteous. Repaired our Septic system leach field with a like for like replacement. Owner Shane interviewed me to see what I had done to troubleshoot our system. He listened well, and provided an estimate that was clear, detailed and did not charge for unneeded services. The crew was polite, efficient and left our yard in good shape. What else could you ask for? Glad we found them.
