Constantly didn't pick up the trash on time. I can't tell you how many times they told me the truck broke down and there's a delay. Customer service is awful after you open your account. There are other options. For me I don't have a lot of trash to removal so I'll just bring my stuff to the transfer station when needed.

This company is fake. Not only are they fake, but they'll deliver your can they'll take your can back from you after they collect the check, then they redeliver a can and when you try to put your garbage in it. They never pick it up, in fact, they wait till next week or next month, but when you call the company on the phone, they'll help you, they'll send you in the mail. A schedule to prove what their schedule should be in the schedule they're going to give you is completely an 100% fake, no one works at this company except for the people that collect your check if you can afford to pay $30 a week to never have your garbage picked up. This is the company I recommend hi. Ellie, to anybody out there that has extra money. That wants to throw it away at a joke company. This is my fourth and final call to this company. To tell him Hey, do you know anybody that would want to take my garbage anyone?

Terrible service! Very common to have them not pick up on the days they are supposed to. We would be able to work with a pick up change if they would at least communicate to us. We never get any communications from them. Hate to leave bad reviews but I could never recommend this company for trash service.

Had to prepay to start service. They delivered a dirty can with live crickets and cockroaches in it. Pickup day supposed to be friday. We are three fridays in, so far trash not picked up on any Friday. I call the next business day, they tell me driver picked up at certain time. Then they have someone come and pick up only after I complain. Driver lying about picking it up on Fridays. This is unprofessional. They got one star because I couldn't give them zero. Do not do business with these people.

I have just signed up recently with SWD for residential services and live in the county. In a couple of occasions the wind or animals have knocked my cart over. The driver has gotten off the truck and picked up the mess and serviced it. Another thing I like about SWD is that if their truck breaks down they send out notices by email to let me know they will be back the next day. Thank you SWD for the great service you provide.

Twice in the last six months they have not come to retrieve or pick up our trash. Once because the truck got stuck and the second time because the truck broke down. But they don’t let us know when the truck is not coming and we leave the trash dumpster out and it gets blown over and trash blows everywhere.
I was told I could look on the website to find out when the truck wasn’t coming but, it seems like they forget who the customer is. It seems like they could let us know via email or text or someway

This service is the worse. The trash of trash businesses. Unreliable trash pick up. Customer service is a joke. Tried contacting them several times and got through with a text once. Try finding them on facebook? There is a reason they are not there. Don't waste your time with this trash of trash.
