I can’t recommend Rafi with South Mountain films enough. I was working with another video production company for my mom‘s 75th birthday video. I was very concerned that they would not be able to complete the video on time. At the last minute, just one week before the deadline, Rafi was referred to me. He immediately took the film and added touches to it that made it instantly look more professional. He was always responsive, professional And helpful. I enjoyed working with him very much and plan on working with him in the future to make legacy videos from my parents.

I had a marketing video created for the first time and was very happy with the outcome. Rafi did a great job helping me feel comfortable in front of the camera. He was easy to work, and was collaborative regarding edits. I made several special requests for additional versions of the video to be used in different applications that we had not anticipated and he accommodated every request, resulting in the exact end-product we needed. South Mountain created a high quality, professional video that has been viewed 10K+ times!Working with Rafael Isaac has been wonderful! He understood our intention for the video and knew exactly how to capture the essence of the survivor stories which enables the viewer to connect on an emotional level. My hope is that this video enables a victim, or anyone who knows someone who is experiencing abuse to seek out help and end the violence! Thank you South Mountain Films!!!
