We called on a Saturday when they were closed because our buddy locked himself out of his car. They showed up within 10 minutes and were able to get into the car within minutes. They were super reasonably priced and the tow truck guy was really kind. We appreciate the great service!

I’ve never had better service! Loren and Melinda at South Beach Towing are wonderful professional people who went above and beyond in a complicated situation to ensure that my family and I were safe and back on the road as soon as possible. Extremely knowledgeable, resourceful, and affordable, I cannot give them a higher recommendation. They responded within minutes, diagnosed the issue, ordered the parts, towed the vehicle, provided another vehicle, and had ours fixed the next morning—even though it was his day off. The beach was great, the clamming was good, but South Beach Towing made out trip and we are so grateful for them.

My truck developed LOUD thumping as I was leaving beach. After my rv insurance was very uncoperative, I called S Beach & they were there in about 15 mins/w/3 men, & a mini-van for me to drive to my camping spot. This was a Sat eve. Was a major issue & they had the truck fixed on by Tues AM. Unfortunately the part did major fail, but they quickly fixed in the day. This old lady had been very worried, but the team really put me at ease. They ALL are so wonderful to visitors!

This is the one time I wish I could rate 6 stars; 5 just isn't enough. We barely rolled to the coast with a bad alternator. The next day they took our truck in and replaced it same day, and even gave me transport back to my campsite and back to the shop when it was finished! Not to mention we used their beach recovery service when I got stuck in the sand later in our trip. Towards the end of our trip it was discovered the alternator they installed was faulty and they got yet another one and installed; all while doing tons of extra testing and confirmation to make sure this one wasn't also bad in some fluke. In the interim they provided us with a vehicle so we wouldn't be stranded with our kids since we were done with our campsite at that point. We got home safe and had a great trip, SOLELY due to the diligence, kindness, ability, and generosity of South Beach Towing and Repair. The Washington coast is a better place with South Beach Towing and Repair around, I will be forever grateful to them! Highly recommended as you can imagine.

Kurt saved my ass when my 1985 Westy suddenly had TWO bad CV joints/axels during Memorial Day weekend. He came in on his time off, replaced both CV joints in just a few hours (while I was surfing at Westhaven) and had the van ready in perfect condition for my trip back to Seattle. A totally lifesaver! And the parts + repair were totally reasonably priced. I NEVER expected this high level of service from an auto mechanic. Thank you!

We had a big problem with a fuel like. We noticed after towing our trailer from Vancouver to Grayland Beach State park.
It was a Saturday, we pulled in and notice a large amount of diesel fuel all over our truck and trailer. We called around and wasn't able to find anyone to help us, the Dodge dealership in Aberdeen told us they were weeks out, they didn't seem to care at all. But when we called South Beach Repair they came to our rescue. It was a weekend and their repair shop was closed but the owner knew we were stranded. He came and towed our truck and then brought it back to us repaired the same day. We couldn't have been more happy with the service. Outstanding company and an owner that cares. This is hard to find nowadays. Anyway, I want to thank South Beach Repair for helping us. I would highly recommend them when you need a tow or for auto service.

Third time using South Beach Towing and Repair, and the third time these guys have knocked the ball out of the park. Firstly, they are really, really good communicators. I got timely updates, concise summaries of what was needed, and accurate estimates. I approved the work, and then in each case the work was completed more quickly than I was told to expect. I'm in a customer service business - I know if I do a good job of setting my clients' expectations and then I exceed those expectations, my client will be happy. I am a happy customer!

One of the repairs was a tricky intermittent problem, and Loren did a great job of involving me in the decision making process and letting me know the chances of a different or second issue being the culprit. We talked things through, he showed me the sheets that list symptoms and computer codes and likely causes and recommended repairs. I ended up following Loren's suggestions, knowing it wasn't guaranteed to be right. It was, and the problem is solved once and for all, for a reasonable cost.

SBT&R is everything an auto shop should be. Honest, professional, fast, and fair. I wish I could give more stars.
