The djs were so on point during my wedding, I would make a little hand gesture like cutting cake and they were quick to change the music. They also understood our vibe from my wedding play list and free styled songs we liked for seven hours. Would hire again in a heart beat!

I’m writing a review on here since I could not contact the company via Facebook and they claim to not have any idea why I’m giving such a poor review. I have documentation from wedding guests that they could not hear our officiant because the mic was continually going out, the groom was called a completely different name than his name during the first dance, swearing was occurring by the DJs during the set up and could be heard by guests, etc. I also have the emails that Linda Lutch (who conveniently reviews this company (and was one of the DJs at my wedding) 5 stars by the way - nice way to boost your reviews but a little shady) sent to me when I tried to explain my frustration after the wedding was over. I would have never publicized anything wrong that occurred if proper ownership would have been taken rather than lying and blaming others (as I stated when I first e-mailed about the concerns I had-which again, was done before I reviewed you online).

I simply don’t understand why you are claiming on Facebook you have no record of this and you want me to reach out to you to fix it. It’s been over three years. A little late for damage control in my book.

I was the officiant at a wedding that used Soundbox for DJ and day of coordination services. I was completely appalled by the lack of professionalism of the DJs and how rudely they talked to each other. The DOC didn't do her job at all, as none of the other vendors or even the bridal party knew who she was. I would never recommend this company.

I recently used Soundbox Entertainment for my nephew's birthday. They were very professional along with a quick setup and take down of their equipment. The music they selected along with the songs we specifically requested were perfect! Everyone had a blast including the kids! I recommend Soundbox Entertainment to everyone, and I will be definitely using them in the future!!!

Didn't show up to meet us at a place and date they chose. We drove 30 miles one way to meet with them and they "totally forgot". No, we don’t want to reschedule, if you can’t even remember to show up, that shows the respect you have for us.
