I bought local. I bought American. I got disappointment.
I purchased a mattress from this manufacturer and withing three years parts of their craftsmanship failed miserably. I did all the recommended mattress care and followed the instructions. Their adhesive failed on the inaccessible memory foam in less than 3 years. Leaving me with an unadjustable lump that they expected me to sleep on until they could decide whether or not to warranty my 3 year old mattress.
The quality of their mattresses is inferior for the price and they have ridiculous stipulations for their warranty.
They will try to wiggle out of honoring any sort of good business possible. Their customer service is also atrocious when dealing with their warranty specialists
Save yourself some time and money and purchase from somewhere else.

I have purchased several beds from Sound Sleep Products. The service at the warehouse and office staff have been wonderful to work with on all of my visits. The pricing of their product has been excellent. The mattresses that I have purchased are all extremely comfortable. I would and have recommended them to anyone.

Edit: After a few weeks of emails and phone calls I finally talked to someone helpful. Sudie was extremely helpful and got us a replacement mattress sent to the closest available warehouse. We have now had it for a over a year. This bed has preformed much better and does not seem to have the defects the other did. Updated review for the help she gave us but I should not have had to threaten to report them for not upholding their warranty.

As mentioned below, the absolute WORST customer service you could ever come across. The bed was okay for a few months and has since come apart in multiple places. I thought our warranty would be a breeze and the would be helpful, but we were ignored and denied after three emails asking what the deal was. DO NOT BUY SOUND SLEEP!

Will NOT fulfill their warranty. I bought my mattresses and within 6 months they started to breakdown! 2 years later I have tried everything to get replacements. My children are having sleeping/back issues now. I have to ask a family member help me find new ones somewhere else! NOT AN ETHICAL COMPANY! Never have I had to write such a review. If I could say a negative star I would. Don't waste your money. The employees might be great but the product is not.

I am very happy with my new mattress. I could just manage to get it onto my bed frame and unwrap it by myself. It expanded to the full thickness as promised. This is better quality than other mattresses that I've had so far, the firmness is just right for me and I am a back sleeper. You get what you pay for and this was worth the price.

Don't buy a sleep sound mattress or buy them period. They don't back their warranties and they don't care about the customer. They look and find any reason to not honor a warranty claim. They use the wording in the warranty to fit getting out of honoring a warranty. When they say staining they supposedly mean anywhere and not just limited to body fluids.
