Now I know why they have 5 stars consistently.
Lee Williams came on time and gave us a courtesy call to let us know that he was on the way. He came for a tune-up that signed up for while at Lowes and ended up doing a repair we had put delayed until we found a reputable company that we could trust.
He was polite and covered his work boots as he transited inside and outside of the house. He was quick, efficient and straightforward.

He is very thorough with finding the right solutions and outcomes for the clients problems. Tim was prompt, polite, and quite proficient in repairing my heat pump. He gave me a detailed explanation of what needed to be repaired, an estimate of costs, and an approximate idea of how long it would take him to fix my system. He also showed me photos of the broken or damaged parts before I agreed to have him do the repair work. I highly recommend Solutions and will not hesitate to call them again if I ever have a problem again.

Our experience with Solutions Heating & Cooling was top-notch from beginning to end. Quinton, Caroline, Chris and Jeremy provided excellent customer service. They were so easy to work with. The installation process was flawless taking 1 day to install 2 units. The home (75 years old) was left in same manner when they arrived, with the exception of our 2 new units. :-). I highly recommend using their services and we would hire them again. #BeyondSatisfied

Technician was competent, and willing to work on our "off brand" mini split units. One was successfully repaired the other will require replacement as I expected. A replacement quote was provided immediately.

Great experience with this company-Solutions Heating & Cooling. From the initial contact by phone and all the way through installation, they made everything go smoothly! Lee and Chris came for the initial quote and also for the install of my mini split. They were both very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions, helping me choose the best location both inside and out for my new mini split. Really nice job with the installation and showing me how everything works. I highly recommend Solutions Heating & Cooling-give them a call!
