Tina from company ASSEMBLY PROS, INC(Amazon provider) was so unprofessional by asking unreasonable price at the last minute after making us wait for one week, and cancelling my day's work as per their appointment. And they denied service and returned after calling me a hostile client, for not accepting their demand for extra unknown charges!!
The huge & heavy box Amazon delivered, is sitting outside my front door from 14 days, and somehow I got the appointment confirmed from the vendor.
Their technician Steve called and asked whether he could come many hours earlier than scheduled time. I somehow worked it out and came out off my job earlier, to accommodate him. Then he was asking extra money for moving the box to the assembly room (on the ground floor), as Amazon delivered the box outside that room, in my absence.
Tina was so rude in the way she was talking over the phone, after Frank called her office, and she was talking like it is a generous favor she's doing for the order I placed through Amazon Home Services.
Amazon: Please remove unprofessional vendors like ASSEMBLY PROS, INC, from doing business in your name, and spoiling your name! Thank You!

I assembled an Ikea roller-front cabinet but the roller would not roll. After spending hours over two days trying of trouble shoot the problem I gave up. I found SoCal Assembly Pros on Craigslist. I emailed them on Sunday afternoon, I received a response immediately. I couldn't believe that Marc (owner) was willing to drive to Carlsbad on Sunday night to help me with my problem cabinet.

He does ask you to pay before he comes out, send you an email with payment options. He let me pay half when I made the appointment and the other half after he finished. He did not charge me any additional charges for the trip or the difficulty of the repair.

If I could give less than one star I would, we scheduled this through amazon weeks before we needed furniture put together for my grandma who is 90 years old and was moving into assisted living, they were gracious on the phone and scheduled with us that they would come out and then not only did they not show up, but they refused to call or email or in any way try to contact us to let us know they couldn't do it. THEN we were repeatedly hung up on, told we'd get calls back when we tried to address the situation and had to send my 70 year old dad out to put the dressers together when they refused to do it. It was absolutely awful. DO NOT USE THIER SERVICE. I cannot stress enough how unbelievably unprofessional they have been.

Would not recommend this company. Made an appointment and after staying home and waiting for them they canceled. I was understanding and resdcheduled for the following day and no show again. No heads up on their part, I ended up canceling the service. No apology no nothing on their part.

Through Amazon Home Services I scheduled for assembly of exercise machine. Assembly Pros was the provider that Amazon hired. The date of scheduled assembly, Assembly Pros never showed up in the window of time and I even waited an extra 3 hours (thinking the tech is running late so I will give him the benefit of the doubt). After 2 hours of waiting I called Assembly Pros to talk to someone to find out what's going on. No answer, I left a message to call me back. Nothing. I called again an hour later, no answer. I then called Amazon and the Amazon rep called the owner of Assembly Pros and put him on the phone with me. He told me with the Amazon rep as third-party witness that he himself would do the job himself. So I rescheduled two days later and again no one showed up and not even a phone call. Completely unprofessional. I would not work with this company. DO NOT HIRE THEM.. THEY ARE UNRELIABLE!

WORST COMPANY EVER THEY HAVE CANCELLED TWICE ON US THEY HAVE LIED TO US AND REFUSED TO GIVE US THEIR BBB LICENCE NUMBER THEY ALSO ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND REFUSE TO ANSWER PHONE CALLS NEVER GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
