I've been coming to this store for at least 20 years and I'm glad it's still around. I can almost always find something beautiful to add to my garden here. I don't always feel completely welcome, but I'm not coming for the social aspect of it.
Update- Opened on time even with the snowfall and I got suet on sale. Very happy. Thank you!

We purchased Pollywood outdoor furniture from Smithland Bethel years ago. Looking to purchase more. The customer service was so AMAZING that we are happy to take the trip back (one hour away). There are many other options for us closer to home, but working with Keitha was such a pleasure. She was knowledgeable of the product, helpful, and genuinely cared to help us order exactly what we wanted. I just called the store and spoke with her again. She listened to my needs, got on the website while I was on the phone to fully engage in our conversation. You just don’t get that kind of service anymore!!
I look forward to seeing her in March to order additional outdoor furniture for next year.

Sale sign states 4.25 or smaller pots $6.50 for 4 or more i bought 6 plants rang up much higher. Showed store staff sign that what I bought was 4" pots. But register says quart staff would honor sale price this is classic bait and switch beware
