Well I must say this place is absolutely all around best storage facility I've had in a long time they have a bathroom that's open after hours. They will work with you as long as you're communicative. There's one staff member though that goes above and beyond and really listens when it comes to being heard. Sterling is very kind down to earth. It goes the extra mile when it comes to keeping our units safe.

After less than a week, my storage was robbed. They took all my jewelry, 3 laptops, documents, clothing, credit cards and more. Extremely disappointed. I've been told by the stuff that it's a safe place. Police told me to run away from this place. So please be careful. People are coming from the roof. There are no cameras.

I am a returning customer. SmartStop’s units are clean and staff are always nice and helpful. It makes the moving/storage very easy…. I dropped by on 3/14 to transfer to a smaller unit, Sterling is the one who helped me throughout the process. She’s really knowledgeable and willing to help. I really like SmartStop at Mill Creek for their very friendly agents who are always there to help. The storage building & units are clean and easy to access. The price is reasonable and many different sizes to choose from. It is definitely the one I will choose when it comes to a storage need.

REVIEW UPDATE 3/26/25: I am updating my review because I am extremely disappointed and want to prevent others from experiencing the same issue. I still stand by my original review regarding Sterling’s exceptional customer service—none of this reflects on her.

However, when I initially signed up for this storage facility, I did so online with a promotional offer. I was assured that my first and second payments would reflect this discounted rate, which was explicitly stated in the contract I signed. I even confirmed with customer service just a week ago that my upcoming payment would match the agreed-upon amount.

To my surprise, when I checked my account last night, I saw that my rent had increased by $40. Rather than making the payment, I contacted customer service for clarification. I was informed that the company had decided to raise the rent the day after I signed my contract. They also claimed to have sent me a letter notifying me of this change, but I never received it.

This situation is not just about affordability—it is about fairness and honoring agreements. Increasing rent immediately after a customer signs up, without proper notice or transparency, is both misleading and unacceptable. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and implements more ethical pricing practices in the future.

Sterling’s customer service was absolutely outstanding! She is incredibly kind, patient, and truly a pleasure to work with. When I encountered issues with my lease and rental amount, she went above and beyond to ensure everything was resolved quickly and smoothly. Her dedication, professionalism, and willingness to help are unmatched. Because of Sterling, this experience was stress-free and exceptional. If I ever need storage again, there’s no question—I’ll be coming back because of her. Thank you so much Sterling, for your incredible support and care! 😊❤️

I would like to compliment the staff at Smart stop for doing a wonderful job and presenting outstanding customer service. The gal I worked with to set up and switch units was by herself and handling a lot, but did so with efficiency. Their facilities are clean and well managed. I recommend them as a great place to store what you need.
