Had a high end SEER25 AC Carrier system installed by SM Mechanical. They replaced and adapted the new system perfectly. The system runs and performs as advertised. The installation team, led by Angel, were professional, knowledgeable and comprehensive. The installation took two days and it shows based on the quality of the workmanship.

I got home around 4:30pm on Sunday to my house at 50 with no heat working. Called a few places that couldn’t help me for at least 4 or 5 days and it was going to be under 20 degrees. Quick call back from the technician and Angel was here by 6:30 and quickly diagnosed the problem for my emergency service request. He explained his findings and was very knowledgeable and informative. I had a great experience and would highly recommend. I will continue to use their maintenance services regularly going forward.

Extremely dissapointed. When I made my appointment I told the operator I had the old fashion single valves for both hot and cold water. When the tech. arrived I was told they could not work on these valves. So it cost me $150 to be told that what should have been a simple fix would cost me $1000 for a whole new system.
