We did blueberry picking here, but they had a lot of fruits. Cherries, Josta berries, apple (still young when we went), grape wines. They just didn’t tell us that there’s going to be an entry fee and we were caught off guard when that showed up in the bill at the end! Bought a couple of plants too!

We came for black currents, did not find many, but still got some for a small snack on the spot and brought home a little. While enjoying black currants, found sour cherry tree. Wow! Heavenly tasty. Besides that, there are regular cherry trees (plenty if berries), jostabery bushes, and some goose berry. Lovely farm, it reminds me of my grandma's garden, where the only protection from pests was eat the fruit before pests have it;) It feels like truly organic. The owner has decades of farming experience; it was nice to chat with him. Will come back for mulberries and apples.

The parking is a bit hard when people don't park how they should but it is a great place. This was my 2nd time I have came and am already planning my next and what things i want to make. I grew up with fruit trees, veg gardens and native plants and I saw many flowers I remember seeing as a child that help bring in the pollinators. Was fun for me to show my 5 yr old and teach her as we walked to the Blueberries. I got a ton for canning that I can enjoy in the dead of winter for a little bit of that summer taste to help with our dark washington winters. I respect and adore them going the organic route and noticing how they try to work with the land and not against it. It may be easier for some to go with nonorganic but the peace of mind of having safer healthy and happy plants to eat is worth it. Look forward to my next wander around finding more things to can and hope to make it earlier in the season next year! Thank you guys 💜🌿

My family drove 2 hours to visit this farm, as it is one of the only farms in Western Washington that offers organic u-pick. I was so happy to find that this farm is what I’d call “better than organic” - the owner is passionate about biodiversity and water conservation, similar to the dry farming practices on vineyards throughout Europe. Americans are so accustomed to obsessively maintained and overworked conventional farms that a farm that opts for nature to do the bulk of the work may look rustic (which I love) , but that’s really the point of a bio diverse farm- stewarding the land gently & allowing the ecosystem to flourish and do it’s job. When you know the impact these holistic farming practices have on all of us and the land, you see the immense beauty in the tall grass & “weeds”, the blemishes on the apples, the bugs here and there. This farm is the real deal organic operation - it is small, diverse, and connected - right down to the owner wanting to chat face to face with his customers & share his farming knowledge. People aren’t used to any of this anymore, and this shows in the few negative reviews here. So if you’re passionate about farming that is gentle on the environment to create food that is nutritious and gentle on the body, this is the place to u-pick.

This is a beautiful, delightfully rustic, kid friendly farm with chickens running about, delicious apples to enjoy, and a staff that is interested and friendly to them. I will make this drive again, without a doubt!

Delicious apples! Staff welcomes you and explains you what to pick and how to pick which is great.
Parking is not great, see picture.
Entrance is $5 for adult and $3 for kids. Whatever you pick is $3 per pound. Everything is organic.
Farm is raw and peaceful, not packed.
They have grapes (not ready yet), apples, pears, blueberries. Staff on property is not wearing masks.

My family and I went to Skipley Farm last weekend and we went there for apple-picking, plum-picking, and pear-picking. There was grape-picking too but we didn’t go there to pick grapes. We picked a good amount of apples, plums, and pears that we thought we can finish on our own (as shown in picture) and the price of all of them were pretty decent. 3/5 stars because it was hard to find pretty fruits- some of it weren’t ripe and some of it were rotten or eaten by bugs. You need to have a good eye to spot the good fruits. So we couldn’t pick like- a lot, a lot. It was a good experience though! (Also no, we only went there to pick fruits and didn’t see the snakes, chickens or pig. Only saw the dog and the cat that came out to us when one of the employees gave us the introduction.)
Quick note: As I’m not a person used to nature, I personally prefer going to Costco for my fruits though 🙂
(Edit: I apologize if my review came off “rude” but I think your reply below could be stated better as well. I’m a little offended as I’ve already done my research and is educated on this topic. Thanks and have a good day.)

The staff was very informative, knew the best apples for what we wanted to do. You can tell they are passionate about their products. However, there are no signs leading you back to the farm from main roads, the parking is small and makes you wonder if you are in the right place. You have to look closely to see signs pointing you to the tent in the center. Their website is very professional looking. Expect to spend quite a bit of money picking apples. However, they were cheaper than other local U-Pick farms.

Edited to add...Working on some apple butter today, I picked a bunch of apples off the ground because it was suggested and I felt it would help them from cleaning up the orchard. Well, many of those are very soft and bruised.

I took my one year old son here to pick blueberries this summer. We had the entire farm to ourselves for several hours - it was such a treat! We also felt very safe. The owner was incredibly helpful, full of knowledge and very friendly. We ended up spending hours on the farm and got several types of organic fruit. My son especially loved feeding the pig! We will absolutely come back for apple picking this Fall! I love knowing my child can eat the food, run around and not be exposed to pesticides and unhealthy chemicals. Incredible farm!
