Mike was awesome! Arrived on time, was incredibly helpful and professional. He was patient and friendly working with my 7 year old and helped her talk through her boot fit experience to find the right size for a comfortable week on the slopes.

Equipment came right to our door at Mountain Lodge and drop off at the slope side rack was incredibly convenient. Will definitely work with Ski Butlers again!

After traveling almost an entire day, the last thing you want to do is get up early to go get fitted for rental skis the next morning. Ski Butler comes to your room on the day/night of your arrival, brings the equipment and fits you properly so that the next morning you can get right out onto the slopes. The cost is very fair but the convenience is priceless. We will never ever use any other service for renting and hope that Michael can come back to fit us again next year.
