I've used and enjoyed all meat processing for deer purposes in the charleston wv area. S and J have been the best and friendliest overall. You're able to see the work space and it's very professional and clean. The customer service has been the nicest and most enthusiastic. Fast service and still took deer last minute at the end of January for urban hunt.

I’ve had several deer cut up at S& J for everyone that hunts with us and have never had a complaint. The guys caped a deer for me last year and did an awesome job. I’ve tried several different ones in the area and have never been satisfied. S&J definitely head and shoulders above the others.

New owners are friendly, still very dissatisfied with the whole experience. Took 3 weeks to get my deer back after it was processed. The owners were never there during their posted hours. Took three times to finally catch them and multiple phone calls. The meat cuts are pathetic. My tenderloins look like chicken nuggets. Very dissatisfied with New Management. Will not return and do not recommend this place.
