What a great little Market to stumble upon in Trinidad CO. I loved the Healthier more curated options. They had a nice selection on local meat and eggs as well as a petite selection of produce and cheeses. One of the owners Erica was welcoming and you can tell they are very proud of their local offerings.

This place is my go-to for grab-n-go sandwiches, breakfast burritos, fresh local produce! They stock a smorgasbord of finely curated snacks, ice cream treats, and cold drinks as well. Owners and staff are fine friendly folks and it's always a pleasure popping in.

Very grateful to have found this great place on a roadtrip. My husband and I were hunting for a fresh, organic lunch and after the restaurant we planned to go to was closed, we found Simpson’s! We had a turkey sandwich with pesto mayo, broccoli salad, chips, pimento cheese, and kombucha . ALL of it was wonderful and we’re thankful we didn’t have to end up eating sub par or processed food! Thank you, Simpson’s!

Got some sandwiches for lunch from Simpon’s deli case and it did not disappoint. Erica even made a custom sandwich for my wife to accommodate her dietary needs. Delicious food always tastes better when one has great customer service. Highly recommend!

Simpon’s Market is such a gem here in Trinidad! Erica and Molly bring in the best local goodies, produce and more. I always find yummy and interesting things to try out. You must stop here while in town!
