We placed and order and paid for it, then we also filled out all documents that they send us. Once everything was done we haven’t heard back from the seller anymore. Left several voicemails, texts with no response. Order was placed in early November and now it’s end of January

Just installed and could not say more about my contacts with the company, from sales to technical support (correcting a problem that I caused, I thought it was PVC, but instead it was CPVC…a flip of the switch at SimpleSub, and we were on). Only a few days in monitoring water flows for my units, I will update you in the coming weeks. I plan to add to my home for leak monitoring purposes and think there are many other practical commercial applications such as at universities given their multi building construct … conservation and wast control.

We struggled with the submeter company that we inherited when we purchased our duplex. We are glad that we found Simple Sub Water on line, which solved our major problem of splitting the water bill for the renters.
