The most difficult people to work with!!! I have been doing business with them for years, I even recommended them to other people. I come in one day with a smaller project and asked if the price is negotiable, he started yelling and literally asked me to leave! These people have no respect to their customers!!! Do Not Work With Them!

Sloppy workmanship! Price doubled when I actually ordered. Thought we were getting a to-spec architectural product, a roof panel system. Nothing was cut. They expect customers to cut the metal because, they say: "What if our workers cut it too short?" Amazing excuse! The contractor spent hours trying to figure out how it goes together until realizing we weren't given the essential "starter" piece, and I had to schlep back (via cab during a lockdown).
They have no sense of dimensions given. They fabricate extra square footage ("what if contractor cuts it short"). Ended up with 20 excessive linear feet of expensive copper flashing, which of course I paid for. Flashing we did use had to be reconfigured/cut into a logical configuration on site.

These guys gave me a week long run around only to tell me "no". The worse part about it is that he told me to my face that the job was too small. After telling me my job would take one day, Musa (the boss), sent me an email saying that he would reluctantly do it but it'll take 10 days. Playing along with his charade I gave him the green light and wanted to talk price. I was ignored and had to take another two trips to retrieve my sample piece. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS! There are other options within the area- they're just a waste of time and don't appreciate your business unless you're doing a major job. After mentioning to them that the small job was a test before I contract them for a big sign job- the guy at the counter told me to give him the big job then they'll do the small job.... Get real! Off to the competition I go.

This company is very professional and reliable. Also very nice people. They meet my demands and never let me down. If your in the need for sheet metal this is the place to do come.

Absolutely one of the best Sheetmetal shops in NYC we started working with them about 4 years ago and now they do all of our Sheetmetal work. There is always stock of multiple colors of aluminum sheets, Copper and Lead Coated Copper, and probably one of the best turn around times in the industry. They go out of their way to get things to you especially if you are short on material at any job site. It’s been a pleasure dealing with them for 4 years and looking to many more years of service together.

Well then, don't cut it too short! Also was missing a key "starter" piece and I had to bring this very heavy material back for reconfiguration (during a quarantine and via uber).

Ended up with lots of extra pieces and 10 excessive linear feet of copper flashing, which of course I had paid for, and copper ain't cheap. Can't they measure!
