Distillery with a mostly bourbon focus. This is definitely not my jam but they also have vodka and gin for mixed drinks and they have quite a few beyond straight pours. The smoking process is interesting (see pictures). Was not too crowded when we arrived, and they opened up another bar eventually. A good stop but maybe not as pretty as some of the wineries. Really cool seeing the distillation process in action too. Just basic snacks here.

What a great place and the staff are fantastic and knowledgeable about all of there products.had a great flight with 4 different pours the wife had the vodka in her cocktail(not my thing i only drink bourbon)the black back was really good but i lean towards the Alpha flight was the best, didnt have the lucky 13 and i will do what i have to do to get a very very limited release of the the Christine when ever it becomes available from what i hear it is more then worth the wait

Such a wonderful, easygoing place with excellent drinks. The liquors are so flavorful without being harsh and the vibe is excellent. Zane was the best bartender, and also taught us so many cool things about the distilling process and his drinks are THE BEST! Even though he’s a Gen Z Boomer 😎

This is the first time we’ve been here. Everyone was so nice, the atmosphere was amazing! We did the Valentines Day special. We received 3 of Kelly’s Kitchen cheesecakes they had so much flavor and complimented the alcohol that came with it. We ended up dropping some of our cheesecake in the parking lot. I went in and told one of the servers and she replaced it immediately no questions asked. Will definitely go back!

I stopped in this evening to pick up a last memory of a friend, and a bit extra. This distillery makes the absolute best rye whiskey I've had in my 38 years, and it was enough to make a special trip out from North Carolina. The Honey Rye was his favorite, but the Lucky 13 is amazing as well.

I'll be back, however out of the way it is, not just for memory but because of the quality. And I say this as someone who lived in Nelson County for several years; this is the best thing to come out of this county.

My sisters and I came for a girls day drinking getaway and it was amazing!!! We loved everything we tried! I love Rum and Whiskey and I highly recommend you buy bottles! I love the smores, shot of gold and Gorilla punch are my faves!! Also i have to, have to, have to, have to give a shout out to the sweetest and most wonderful bartender, Emma!!!💕 she is the best 🙂

Oh and the taco truck!! Yes!!!!🌮🌮🌮
