I called about the WIOA Grant program and I spoke to Amy Odom. She was very curt and rude. She wouldn't even explain the program nor what I needed to do next. I had to call Decatur Career Center to even get any information. Now I am having to go through Decatur. When I tried to say anything about the program she just said "They do things differently there." And she hung up on me when I said I would just go to Decatur. I will not be dealing with her about this. Everyone else there was very nice and amazing and she should take some lessons in politeness from them.
