I work in the software development dept, they pay well, my supervisor (Paul Lord) is well seasoned developer and level headed person who in my experience leads by example and is very understanding of his employees, he fosters a very non-toxic and comminicative environment that makes one care about their work, he also encourages vacations, and taking sick time when we need too, I really enjoy working under him, but I know that isn't the case for every supervisor on the FAB, unfortunately, I don't know much else outside the I.S / I.T dept. But if you're looking at a job in tech, S.E.H is worthwhile. I will say their benefits and pay isn't as good as some of the competitors, but if that isn't an issue for you then this place is solid and a great one for a first software dev job or helpdesk position. However upper management can some times really through a wretch into the factory machine and all it's cogs, and if you aren't able to swim you're gonna sink so you do need to be adaptable. There is lots of extra stuff there, walking trials, a gym, a cafeteria with chiefs, a community garden.

I will say I love the people in the Café and the food there isn't bad and pretty cheap, definitely one of those things I'd miss about leaving the job if I did, but for now I plan on working here for the foreseeable future.

Their night shift technicians are useless, walking around the whole night taking long breaks doing basically nothing the whole shift
