This location is amazing! My first time ever in a jewelry store and recently engaged. My ring was not quite the right size (fiancé had it special ordered through a smaller company), and even though we did not purchase the ring from Shane Co, Mitch was so accommodating and friendly and took the time to help me find the perfect fit and get it resized for me. My husband bought my engagement ring from Shane in 1999. I have had it for 25 years. I was in this location for another task, and our representative said she would clean my ring for me. Once it came back, she let me know that one of the prongs had broken off. She took my ring, made me a work order, and then proceeded to draw a photo of the ring with my diamond's markings so I knew it would be mine when I got it back. After a week, they shipped it to me because I wouldn't be making it back to that location within the next few weeks. It came in a gorgeous bag, with a ribboned box, and a ring box inside that. It looked brand new - shiny, smooth, and my center stone secure. I expected it to just be in a box with some packing. I am so impressed not only in how well and quickly it came back, but also it was like a just bought it from them with all the flair and presentation. It was incredible!

My husband and I were in Colorado from Michigan (Upper) and were looking for a new wedding set for me. We stopped in and immediately we felt like it was a nice, comfortable atmosphere. Our sales person was so friendly and not pushy. She took time to listen to what we were looking for and showed us different options of diamond and bands. So far we are very happy and satisfied with our purchase. The sales person also was able to get it so my ring was ready the very next day! We picked out bands and a diamond and within 24 hours the ring was ready. Very accommodating!

Alen was fantastic. I recommend him 10/10. UPDATE: 6/20/23 we picked up the rings after sizing and the family diamond set in place. It was more than I could have dreamed. Thank you! UPDATE: 12/19/13 My husband, for Christmas, purchases a second band. We did not tack it to the engagement ring so it could be worn solo. The band at the point of the diamond is tacked to keep it secure. This ring feels over the top but I love it so much. So thankful for my MIL for the family diamond (center stone). It is so sentimental. I love the service I have gotten at Shane and would highly recommend. *don't forget to get pictures of your jewelry in their light box for awesome photos!

Went in to buy a white gold chain. It broke within a few hours so I went back. Waited for 50mins and got impatient so I checked my queue and it says I am no longer on waitlist. I was waiting at the lobby the whole time and the front desk lady never checked on me until I approached her. She did page someone right away but I was done by then. Asked for a refund and will never do business with them again.

Horrible service! We waited 40 minutes till someone greated us. All we needed was a quote on a ring repair to fix a bent prong on my ring and to fix a dent on my husband's ring. The Associate left for a quote and proceed to help another customer. We waited another 30 minutes before I interrupted him and asked how much longer it would be. He obviously forgot about us. He left to ger our ring quote. He informed us they do "all or nothing repair" The price to fix it more than the rings cost to purchase worth. We are taking our business elsewhere. Absolutely over price and ridiculous.
