I bought a three piece kitchen knife set for my wife as an anniversary present. Price point was exceptionally reasonable. Input for customization was heard & well received. The craftsmanship, product turnaround & customer service was amazing. Communication is excellent. He's also really good about re-sharpening when necessary. End product is beautiful as well as functional. I could not be more pleased. I highly recommend Shamrock knives

I reached out to Jimmy to see if he'd be willing to make a specialized scraping knife for me. Right from the start, he asked all the right questions and was a genuine pleasure to deal with. We had a nice back-and-forth about measurements and handle options, and when I received the finished product (exactly on schedule), I was blown away with it!! He'd never made a knife like it, yet it is easily the best knife I own, and the cost was under the competition. Jimmy's a great guy and incredible knife-maker. I can't wait to order a second knife!!

Shamrock knives makes amazing high quality knives. Not just sharp but beautiful. They really are full service also. Ive wanted to always make a knife and with there help and direction finally was able to. If you need a custom blade or just want to make your own this is the place to go.

Got 2 chef knives and a cleaver from this guy, incredible work and they really listen to what you need personally for each knife! Not me mention every kitchen I've worked in, every other cook has been blown away buy design and customization!

Amazing blade smith !! Has done a few custom pieces for me and they are all works of art. The wood work on the scales is top notch even with a very delicate wood o asked to use. Highly recommend!! Along with top notch customer service.
