At one of our rentals we needed the sewer pipes replaced under the house to the street. The went in using the trenchless method and our tenant texted us the following: "Everything is working. They worked very clean. At the end of each day there was no mess. They were polite and seemed to want to impact us as little as possible. I would recommend them to others based on how they treat the workspace and us." As landlords this means everything to us. We have used Luis and his crew on several other projects and it is always done quickly and correctly. He is also very responsive and quick to get us on the schedule.

We had an emergency water heater problem and they were quick and responsive. They replaced my water heater on the same day and were super clean and explained the processes clearly.

We have used this business several times since we moved to San Jose. They are responsive, communicative, professional and go above and beyond. In addition to providing the services we asked for they volunteered to check our crawl space for any additional issues without having been asked and without charging us additional fees. Highly recommend!

Just today they came to work on the house next door to us, but they shut OUR water off and left! I was in the middle of a shower, too. No warning whatsoever.

We had to flag them down as they were backing out of the driveway. There was absolutely no reason to shut our water off, and they didn't even give an explanation why or how. Our water meter is completely separate from the neighbor's and clear on the opposite side of where theirs is. Needless to say, I'm angry.
