I would give more than 5 stars if possible. I own a Crown Victoria Police Interceptor that had a Setina PB400 push bumper installed on it. Over the years the decals on it have become sun faded and almost impossible to read. I go to car shows on occasion and the faded decals are a big distraction for me. I scoured the internet, including the Setina website looking for replacement decals but couldn't find any. I eventually contacted one of their representatives named Lisa Cobb and after exchanging several emails she said she would mail me replacement decals, free of charge! Now that's customer service on a level I never expected. It's just god business too. Setina has never seen a dime from me, they knew the push bumper was on the car when I bought it, but they care about their would be customers too and their brand image. Setina, and Lisa especially, have set a new high bar for what I expect in customers service. They treated me the way I treat my graphic design clients and that's a rare thing. I would recommend Setina to anyone! I can't wait to get my new decals. Thank you Setina.

I really don’t get what all the bad reviews are about. I just had my first week at the Rixie location and it seems pretty great, it’s what you’d expect with a little twist, in a good way. You clock in and preform your duties and in a proficient team environment and you complete all that you can during your shift. Even better often I hear the company hosts employee barbecue’s , I just had my first today in regards to Fourth of July everyone is very welcoming. I don’t see any room to complain here.

This review will be a little unusual - let me tell you about our amazing neighbor here in Thurston County. I was beyond impressed at the kindness showed by both the Yelm Hwy location and the Rixie Rd location when we had a delivery show up on a truck too big to safely park and unload. Setina was understanding about our situation and helped this panicked neighbor with kindness and solutions. Every thank you I offered was returned with a big smile and comment "that's what being a good neighbor is about". The kindness offered to us in a time of need will never be forgotten and I am forever grateful for your assistance and great attitude!!

Ordered a grill guard for my F150. First one arrived damaged. No problem, ordered a second one. Second one arrived undamaged, but one of the mounting brackets was welded in the wrong place and does not line up on my truck. Quality control apparently is not one of their top priorities. Here's hoping that 3rd time is a charm. I'll update my review once the next one arrives.

Very sad how Setina would allow bigger outfitter companies to bullying smaller outfitters and deny them any services due to conflict between the companies. The little guy (fresh starting out company) doesn’t even have a shot and it’s not fair when it comes to industry standards and common decency standards, was hoping to go with setina from pro guard but looks like setina supports bigger companies pushing around smaller ones just starting out. Shame on setina
