Wow, I appreciate Service Stars customer service. The confirmation phone calls, the texts prior to arrival and the follow up. They value their customers.
Dave arrived on time. He is very knowledgeable and his explanations were detailed. I had questions about the issues he had found and photographed, and he had complete answers. Much appreciated as I took up a lot of his time.

Derrick returned to install the parts ordered from my previous visit and after completing all repairs he walked me around and explained in great detail each repair he performed. I couldn’t ask for a more thorough, professional and exceptionally nice person. One of the best decisions I have made is to do business with Service Stars.Shout out to Trevor for always taking care of me when I call for an appointment. I found Service Stars online due to the terrific reviews and I am happy to say I am part of that now too. I've never seen any employee with that much respect for me and my home before. And this is not just one particular person, it's the whole team, they were all the same- spectacular! They made me feel very comfortable with everything and applied no pressure at all every time they came over. They do give you their professional opinion but ultimately of course, it's up to the owners but I appreciate that they did it without scaring and overwhelming me. Very kind and understandable team, they will work with you on payment plans to make sure you're able to do what's best for the house as well as your own financial situation. Shout out to the team, thank you again guys and of course, can't forget Kim and Trevor- you both definitely make me smile every time I call! 😁 I've been a member for about 2 years now and will stay a member of Service Stars as I refuse to go with any other company now. Frank and Eric took their time checking the almost 10 years old heat pump, auxiliary heating and air handling systems. They were thorough and courteous. I was handed a full report of the checks done and corrective action as required. Well done and thank you!

Always great, high quality service. Since I bought a home about 10 years ago, I never really settled on a specific company to use until the first time I reached out to Service Stars due to a power surge in 2022 that destroyed a lot. They were very responsive and helpful and did very high quality work. I have used them for 3 years now and am very happy.

They do cost more than other services, but they do the work according to spec, are very honest, and have earned my trust over the last few years.

The only downside I have noticed is that if you have a small repair or easy installation job, they prefer do a larger job instead and not tackle the smaller issue. For me personally, that isn't really an issue because I prefer to do small repairs myself, except plumbing, so I find myself using a different plumber for minor plumbing work.

Service Stars delivered an immediate and extraordinary on site response (on a Sunday before a Holiday !!!) to my heating system's failure ..... following up with their highly qualified support team's comprehensive technical & diagnostic and repair capability (Thanks to Kyle), along with access to required repair parts & direct manufacturer's support. Service Stars is most highly recommended .... as a extremely qualified, professional and customer oriented HVAC business.
