Been working with Servco since I moved to Norwalk about six years ago. They’ve installed a propane heating system,air handler and air conditioning since we’ve moved in.
We had a few problems with the propane system when it went in, it took some time to get it figured out, however, they were on top of it until it was completely resolved. Since then, it’s been running like a dream.
The technician that finished the set up on my air handler was extremely knowledgeable and was able to configure the system to work perfectly despite a few problems that arose and kept him around far later than expected.
Everyone I’ve dealt with at Servco has gone out of their way to make sure we are taken care of.
Customer service is definitely at the top of their list!

Demaris and Holly in the office are super nice and helpful with setting up our new account and helping us with the move. A technician came out and checked our heating system and made sure everything was working. 10 stars for ServCo!

Excellent service. All of the people that work at Servco that I came in contact with are true professionals, efficient, well trained, competent and truly care about doing a good job. I could not be happier.
Previous to doing business with Servco, I hired people from smaller companies. Last "technician" that came to my house from that "other" company told me my boiler was damaged, after charging me $500 to "fix"it.
It's been close to a year and the boiler never worked so good. Last maintenance the technician left the boiler running so smooth and was so clean that it looked like new.
You just can't go wrong with Servco

The customer service reps, managers, and technicians are always courteous, helpful, and most of all knowledgeable. They are all willing to help without it costing a fortune. I've been a customer for over 10 years.

I foolishly tried a different fuel company at my investment property but quickly switched back. I haven't experienced any other fuel supplier and HVAC servicer (let alone most other service companies) that are as good as Servco/Santa.

We have been with Servco for over 30 years and you have never let us down. Your technicians have always been knowledgeable and professional. You responded promptly when we needed emergency service, and of course we have never run out of oil. You replaced our furnace and A/C systems over the years and the installations were perfect.

Easy to setup appointments. I had a propane furnace installed for heating this winter. Installation was done on time and as promised. the 'crew' cleaned up after themselves. I would use them again, if needed (though I hope this furnace lasts me at least 20 odd years
