Did not like this place at all! I understand that shoplifting is an issue now but since the moment I stepped foot in there I felt uncomfortable. The male worker there was super weird too, even when I was checking out he was watching my every move with no probable cause. This place needs to learn how to go about things the proper way.

Your employees we very overbearing and I felt like they were watching me and wouldn't let me shop on my own. Have had multiple experiences like this at this location
People just want to be left alone i have been asked when I get to check out if anyone helped me and I asked if they get anything out of helping they said no but I think it's unfair for you to make your employees bother people multiple times and as a customer it's extremely uncomfortable

I had gone in with my friend and we were looking for a foundation to match her shade. While we were looking an employee with red hair and glasses had offered to help us. As we’re looking she asks my friend if she had a skincare routine and when my friend had answered, the employee had responded with “Oh it’s just your pores are a bit big.” I would like to reiterate we never asked for help about skincare and she approached us. The employee was extremely rude and criticized my friend for no reason. Never in the world is it ok for an employee to criticize anyone especially when we never asked for her advice. The fact she thought it was ok to even say that shows how Sephora trains their employees. Never returning.

Came from out of state for my baby shower, I scheduled my appointment more than a month in advance. They called me 30 minutes before my appointment to tell me there was a scheduling issue and no one within proximity could do my makeup.I understand that sometimes there are scheduling issues but they should have called me days or even weeks before so I could find someone else to do it. It’s hours before my baby shower and no one to do my makeup, super disappointing.

Went in to trade one of the sample kits for a full size. Was disappointed to learn you have to go to a stand alone if that's where you bought the saple kit. At least that's what we were told by the snooty sales rep.

This Sephora is so awful I live in fort Lupton & this is the closest store to me that isn’t inside a kohls but I hate coming here because the employees are so rude & not welcoming at all I came in to return a perfume when the lady asked why I was returning it & I couldn’t even finish my sentence before she cut me off & walked off with the perfume there was only 1 girl there that greeted my sister & I & seemed really nice the other woman are rude & stuck up
