Today 1/25, I called to notify the Water District of the closing on my house for them to shut off my water on the following week. Having read the reviews I was pretty nervous but holy cow are those reviews wrong. I dealt with Becky and she was absolutely amazing. She was super friendly and helped me understand everything that's going to happen from now until the day my water is shut off. Becky even made sure she had all the information to ensure that everything will be a smooth process. Thank you Becky for all the help.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I've been with this company for an unfortunate 15 years. The main reason this company has been an issue for the majority of their customers is the fact they know their customers cannot go to another water company. If you live in security district, you HAVE to get your services from security water. So, why have good customers service or updated policy when you have guaranteed income/business. I love security district but this company is garbage. I don't believe I should have to move to avoid the pit stain of of the community. They need to get new personnel because most employees are stuck in their toxic mindset. There should also be third party audits if we HAVE to use their services. But if we could get services from other water companies in Colorado Springs or Fountain that'll be ideal. If your moving to the area, try to move just outside of their coverage area so you can enjoy the area without doing with them because their not going to change anytime soon.

Been with them since 1998. The service guys are great. Their office staff has always been rude. A year or so ago, I got a ridiculously high bill. Higher than I've ever had before. It was in March. When I called to tell them something was wrong, they told me their system does not make mistakes and I've had bills that high before. I said not even in the middle of summer has my bill been so insane. I was told too bad. It is what it is. They contacted me a couple of weeks ago to let me know my meter had stopped working and needed to be replaced. I'm almost afraid to see what kind of bill I'm going to be forced to pay this time.

Great customer service. Every time I've called or gone in they have been very friendly and helpful. I am glad they have finally added online bill payment. They do need some updates to their tech and policies since I had a tenant not pay their bill for many months and I ended up with it. It's a little archaic since they should be able to split stuff out but that's my only gripe.

Not sure why google forced me to give a star, if I was able I would give negative stars. It's unfortunate that we are forced to deal with them. You would think as a smaller community here in Security they would do something about the terrible customer service, phone etiquette,inconsistent billing

I called today to discuss putting the water in my name for a house I just bought. The guy I talked to on the phone was extremely rude with me , and stated that the previous owners had not settled their bill and that it needs to be done or I will be responsible for the bill. I just closed on the 1st, so instead of being helpful he was rude and abrupt with me.

One of the worst water companies I have delt with. Customer service reps are not friendly. Seriously outdated systems. You have to go to the office to sign and transfer account from landlord to renter. Also they will turn the water off when switching back until bill is paid. Last part makes sense but still strict.

This company for the last 3 yrs has charged properly. Has always been cordial and informative. I really do not know what people are complaining about. I read the 1 stars and really people. Manage your finances or move to another district. I have had zero problems with this public service in the last 3 yrs.
