The shop owner is exceedingly nice and efficient. We brought our Silver King vacuum cleaner from New Mexico. He was able to fix it and other issues he found quickly and using the best prices. It works great. He gave us tips on keeping it running smoothly as well. I highly recommend his repair services.

Sewing machine repair very reasonably priced. He gives every discount available (e.g. military, senior citizen, teacher discounts and more). I kinda laughed after he finished telling me all the discounts he gives. Very nice man. Provide fast turnaround service. Thank you for being honest and all that you do.

Aside from the great customer service, I got the parts I needed for my vintage sewing machine without having to order online and waiting forever. The gentleman is very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions you may have. I left wanting another sewing machine which I don’t even need because there are some very very beautiful vintage ones in there. Totally recommend this shop over others in town!

I have worked with this shop since 1986 and every single time I have had only positive results. Prices are fair, work is excellent and Larry's knowledge is unbelievable! I'd talk with him before buying another vacuum cleaner. I moved to Castle Rock 9 years ago from Widefield and have not been able to find anyone up here as knowledgeable or fair as Larry. Prices are more than fair and turnaround time was faster than expected.
Small, local place, which I love; I was greeted and worked directly with the owner, who has an amazing wealth of knowledge. With the additional information he provided me about how to care for things myself I won’t need to go back soon, but I will definitely be going back! With a toddler in the house the vacuum gets a lot of use! I would recommend them to anyone. 👍

The company that manufactured our vacuum cleaner has gone out of business so we contacted Larry at Security. He told us he could refurbish certain parts as well as supply the new parts he had in stock. He was very thorough in his description of what he would do. We had to ship the parts to him as we are in a rural area. He received them, did repairs the next day and immediately shipped back to us along with some replacement parts. It works better than ever! He also sent helpful information to help keep it running as long as possible and was all around as helpful as he could be. It isn't often you find this kind of Customer Service and value these days. I highly recommend Larry and his business.

Larry was great to work with. He serviced my Rug Doctor machine and contacted Rug Doctor about issues he found while servicing it. He ended up fixing a issue and we didn’t get charged for it. Knowledgeable, kind and professional.
