My wife and I had a home theatre system installed in our basement and we had Bobby Rose with Security and Sound Design come out to do the consultation and install. Bobby was extremely professional and knowledgeable of home theatre systems and did an excellent job getting us the best system we could for the budget we gave him. He made sure our system was adequate to account for future technologies so we didn't have to upgrade later and also be able to increase the size of our system in the future if we wanted to. He did an excellent job listening to our needs and wants with the system and went over several options so we felt comfortable and confident in our decision. The install was extremely fast and efficient as well. Overall we could not have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Security and Sound Design and specifically Bobby Rose if you are looking to do a home theatre system.

Great experience with Security and Sound Design. Had a previous monitoring company's entire system replaced. SSD came in, gave us a quote, and short time later replaced all the sensors and setup the entire system. Went above and beyond with the training of the new system so we felt comfortable after they left. Highly recommend!

Bobby was absolutely perfect and his passion for what he does was tangible. It's rare to find someone who is in love with what they do - and his work mirrored his dedication completely. We use the Sonos system that he installed daily and the patience and kindness with which he explained and demonstrated how to use the system (we can play music from our phones, select rooms, adjust volume - even play separate stations or tracks in different rooms!!!) was enviable and refreshing. I could not possibly recommend a professional more highly!

Bobby Rose is an exemplary professional the kind rarely seen anymore these days. old-fashioned home service, relaxed attitude, not pushy for a sales but pushy that the customer be satisfied. He has been helping us for over 2 years in our home and each experience is great!
