We have been taking our deer here to be processed for several years. It is a great family run business and very accommodating. All meat is packaged, frozen and ready to go. They also make some of the best summer sausage i have ever had. Highly recommend.

Only place I'll take my deer for processing. Meat comes back clean, no hair, no gelled blood, vacuum packed, labeled correctly and frozen solid. Used a different processor last year for one deer due to warn weather....never again. Schrocks is #1 in my book.
