The floor salesman was absolutely a delight. He was very helpful and paid very close attention to what we needed. The laid doing the 'office paperwork' however has no personality to be dealing with the public. We were made to feel an inconvenience for just entering the store and for that I took off 2 stars.

Very friendly and helpful sales assistance that wasn't pushy or hovering like at other places. We were pleased the store had a specific headboard that we have been waiting for 6 months to come in at other furniture stores. Appreciated the help loading it as well.

Had the greatest experience with Mr John at Rocky Mount store, John was very nice and he wasn’t a pusher he gave me time to pick what I wanted. thank you so much to the beautiful lady who process my payment she was so nice and she gave me a gift, thanks to all of you, you have a great team!!! .
