I orderes chimney cap 2 weeks ago. Never heared back from you guys. EVERY time I call I get put on hold for 10+minutes while you talk about whatever it is that you're talking about with eachother. Maybe not aware that im still on the phone with you. OR get sent to an automated line that lists people. I sent an email on 12/05/17 and still have not heared anything back. Willing to change my review if i could just get some one to talk to me.
