Affordable, professional & timely. Not much more you can ask from a company-Michael was my initial point of contact who provided knowledge and walked me through what work was to be done to remedy my duct situation.

Technicians Chris & Lou were sent out within a week of putting a deposit down, they were incredibly nice and got the job done in a timely fashion.

I moved here 2 years ago and Saucier was right around the corner. Exceptional service calls and a humidifier replacement and entire duct work cleaning was as exceptional. Minimal cleanup afterwards. They kept every vent as airtight as possible. The most respectful workers that I have come across in a long time. Mike visited me later with a thank you gift for using their service. Awesome guy!! Great work guys and thank you. The air in my house is finally cleaner and less dry!!!

My wife and I just moved into our house in April and of course our central air/AC didn’t work when the heat came around. I called Saucier and they were extremely responsive. The specialist, Pat, came to our house early and was so nice and understanding about the mess our house was in after the move. He quickly diagnosed the problem and while he was not able to fix the problem as it was an electrical issue, he gave me some references for electricians. We will definitely be calling them again for our HVAC needs. Thank you!!

Last night with an impending heat wave one of our A/C units failed. In a panic I left messages and inquiries with a bunch of local HVAC companies including the one I had been previously using to service my units. Saucier was the first to return my call before 8am this am and had someone at my house by 8:30. Not only was my unit fixed it was done so professionally. David went above and beyond today. Explaining each repair. Showing pictures and taking me out to the unit to show me what needed to be fixed. He was upfront with cost. He was polite cleaned up and left my home exactly as he found it (except way cooler!!) and tolerated my curious two year old following him around for some of the job. Thank you Saucier and David - will be switching and using you for our routine maintenance moving forward as I’m still waiting on a call back from the company that serviced us just two months prior…

My experience with Saucier was extremely good. Was quoted much higher by a different local company. Turns out, Saucier did an amazing job and did not try to squeeze an extra dime out of me, yet offered great, friendly service. The other company swooped in with a lower cleaning fee, then wanted to charge 10-20x to virtually revamp the whole system. However, the Saucier technician gave my system a very detailed inspection, noted how great the system already is, and recommended ways I can personally maintain the system going forward. As a homeowner, I appreciate that I won’t have to call an expert simply to maintain my own system. I will definitely be calling Saucier back for anything I need going forward. Integrity is everything these days 🙂

Saucier Mechanical was recommended to me when I asked for referrals for an honest company that could address a leaking on demand high tech water heater issue.
I was visited within a couple hours the same day to determine the cause and solution. It was decided the unit was in need of replacement and the work was done a couple days later. Since the existing unit was still functioning, the delay was acceptable to give the company time to get the replacement unit and associated parts for this job.
The technicians spent most of the day working on the exchange and even swept up the area when they were finished. The new unit is quieter that the old one and the install configuration is so good it looks like it was original.
My thanks to the team and expect they will be my first choice in the future for HVAC and other mechanical work.
