I have been working at a business that uses SanMar more often than not for over a year now. I have taken a large step into ordering and production processing. There have been some times where we have hit some large bumps but customer service has always been on point. I have to give a huge shout out to Laura SpicerHill! She has been answering my calls the last couple of hectic weeks everytime(mostly on accident now I just call her extension). When our sales rep has been hard to reach out to and has missed some things this woman has stepped in and gotten it done for us instead. We appreciate the fact that this company is keeping its head above water in these tough times so well. The only thing I would love to see changed is getting an update on backorder items before they ship. Sometimes we wait so long we change the item out and completely forget since there is no way to see a full list of backorder until you call the reps. I would definitely give LAura 5-stars though she is the best!

If I could pick zero stars, I would choose it. I worked in the IT department for a few weeks and realized that I shouldn't be working even one more day. They have rude people who really think they are something of themselves. It is common for them to raise their voices. If you have self-respect, you don't want to work here.

Sanmar has messed up almost every order I have gotten from them. After calling to have the orders corrected they promise you one thing and do another. They have a few Unprofessional people working in the sales as well as a suporvisor or two. I have switched over to using Alphabroder and haven't had an issue since.

Does anyone know how to apply for them? Worked at their warehouse for 2 months as a temp thru Randstad and they ended my assignment when I really wanted a job there. :/ and never gave me feedback. So ridiculous.
