I recently purchased a long arm frame for my Bernina Q16. Having used it on a sit down table for the last few years I decided it would be easier on my shoulders to be able to finish some of the larger quilts I have saved. I am glad I did. I took a free long arm class they put on which help me take the step. I also learned that I will be able to quilt my smaller pieces on it also. Elizabeth was very helpful in helping me make this purchase. They also delivered it and put it together for free which was part of their promotion. They were very good to work with. I feel comfortable asking for help from them if needed.

Just upgraded my machine, bought a Brothers Luminaire 3. Awesome machine. The staff has been a great help in getting me up to speed with all the new features. Taking a free class next week to master the Embroidery functions. Can honestly say that I get great service and attention every time I stop in. Tony did a good job of demonstrating the various machines thereby helping me pick the machine I wanted. I was more than pleased with the trade in on my old machine. Employees are welcoming and very helpful. If you don’t understand something about your machine, you can make an appointment and they will help you one to one. They support community projects and provide opportunities for customers to gather and support the project. I enjoy spending time in the store and usually end up purchasing more than I intended.
